How to get a subsidy?

To participate in the state program, citizens must provide confirmation of the need to improve their living conditions, as well as prepare a package of documents with which they must apply to local authorities. Another issue is the time limit for certificates. Due to bureaucratic delays, families simply do not have time to buy housing. For example, because the developer raised the price several times. Some developers prefer not to work with subsidies at all, so the process of buying a home with the involvement of state certificates in Russia has not yet been debugged.
