Rules of the Privilege Club "Your Home - Jewels"

General provisions

Terms and Definitions

Privilege Club "Your Home - Jewels"(hereinafter referred to as the "Program") - means the relationship in which the Member who purchases goods and/or services from the Operator and/or Partners using the Membership Card acquires the right to receive Privileges in accordance with these Rules.

"Privilege" - the opportunity to purchase goods and / or services of the Operator and / or Partners with a financial or non-financial benefit. Privileges can be provided by the method of deferred discount - accrual of Bonuses to the Participant's Account and subsequent spending by the Participant of the accumulated Bonuses for goods and/or services of the Operator and/or Partners.

"Participant" - individual, admitted by the Operator to participation in accordance with these Rules and being the Cardholder.

"Operator" - entity, which has exclusive rights for the management and development of the Program, which is a party to all transactions for the accumulation and write-off of Bonuses under the Program. The Operator may directly sell goods and/or services in respect of which Privileges are granted to Participants and/or Bonuses are accrued by the Operator within the framework of the Program. The operators of the Loyalty Program are CROTEX JSC and CROCUS JSC.

"Partners" - an organization or entrepreneur selling goods and/or services on the territory of the Operator's stores, in respect of which Privileges are provided to Participants and/or Bonuses are accrued by the Operator under the Program. When carrying out all actions related to the accumulation and use of Bonuses under the Program, Partners act within the framework of contracts and agreements concluded with the Operator.

"Member Card"- Plastic Card containing a 16-digit number, a magnetic stripe and a PIN code under a protective layer or a Virtual Card in the Mobile Application "Your Home - Jewels" containing a QR code and a 16-digit number. The Member Card serves to identify the Member in the Program when purchasing goods and/or services from the Operator and/or Partners. The Member Card allows the Member to accumulate and write off Bonuses, receiving Privileges, in accordance with these Rules, and the Operator to track information regarding the accrual or write-off of Bonuses. The Membership Card is the property of the Operator and is subject to return at his first request.

"Mobile application" Your Home - Jewels "- software designed for mobile devices with iOS and Android operating systems and is used for the convenience of accruing bonuses without presenting a plastic card, informing about accrued and deducted bonuses, viewing purchase history, timely informing about promotions and special offers, feedback from its owner.

"Status/Level of Membership Card"(hereinafter - Card Status) - shows the achievements of the Participant in the Program for the period of his participation. Depending on the Status of the card, the amount of accrued bonuses and the conditions for granting the Privileges are determined. The symbol of the Status is indicated in clause 3 of these Rules.

"Member Bonus Account"(hereinafter - Bonus Account, Account) - an account opened by the Operator in its information system in the name of the Participant - the Cardholder in accordance with these Rules. The account is kept in Bonuses. One card can be linked to one account. Bonuses are accrued to the Member's Account and debited from the Member's Account when purchasing goods and/or services from the Operator and/or Partners using the Member's Card.

"Bonuses" - conditional units of account credited to the Bonus Account of the Member's Card in accordance with the Rules. Bonuses do not have a cash value and do not provide the right to receive their cash equivalent. Bonuses are credited to the bonus account of the Member's Card in a percentage equivalent of the cost of the purchased goods and are an encouragement to the Member in the form of a deferred cumulative discount or premium, if these bonuses are premium or welcome. The amount of accrued Bonuses can be used by the Participant to receive discounts on goods and/or services in accordance with these Rules.

"Premium/Welcome Bonus"- conditional units of account credited to the bonus account of the Member's Card as a premium to stimulate sales and purchasing activity. Premium/Welcome Bonuses are non-cash and do not entitle you to receive their cash equivalent.

"Questionnaire" - a form issued by the Operator or on his behalf, which, when filled out by an individual, is a statement of such a person about his intention to become a Member (Cardholder) and confirms the Member's agreement with all the rules of the Program. The questionnaire can be provided to an individual in the form paper carrier or an electronic form on the Program website, in the Mobile application. Filling out the Questionnaire is also considered to be sending SMS personal data according to the established sample to the short number 9009 for the purpose of registration in the Program.

"Notice" - Information, including advertising content, transmitted to the Participant by one or more means (methods) of communication indicated by him in the Questionnaire: mobile phone, home phone, e-mail address, postal address or other means.

"Your House" stores- stores operating under the trademark "THE YOUR HOUSE", located at the following addresses:

    Club membership (participation in the Program)

    These Rules of the Privilege Club "Your Home - Jewels" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the conditions for participation of the cardholder in the Privilege Club "Your Home - Jewels" in the territory Russian Federation.

    1. Only individuals over the age of eighteen are eligible to participate in the Program.

      To receive a plastic card, the client must make a purchase at the checkout for an amount of at least 2000 rubles.

      To receive a Virtual Card, the client must register in the Program - leave his contact details using the mobile application installed on his smartphone with the iOS or Android operating system.

      It is possible to become a full member of the Program by entering data into the system, filling out the Questionnaire form and confirming personal data at any Service Center "Your Home", by presenting an identity document

      Until the employees of the Service Center "Your Home" confirm personal data in the Program, the function of paying by card is blocked. The card can only be used to accumulate bonus points.

      A person wishing to become a Member and apply for a Card from August 3, 2017 must make a one-time purchase at any Tvoi Dom store for at least 2,000 rubles, receive the Card from the cashier at the Tvoi Dom store checkout, and then register in the Program , by filling out the Questionnaire in the form established by the Operator. When registering, the participant must provide information that must be subsequently confirmed by documents proving the identity of the bonus card holder.

      Registration can be done in one of the following ways:

      Register in the Mobile Application. This will allow the Member to store the card in his smartphone, always see the bonus balance, the history of his purchases, view individual offers and news, when it is convenient for him.

      When registering on the site or in the Mobile application, the following must be indicated without fail:

      • Full name of the Participant;
      • Date of Birth;
      • Number mobile phone;
      • Email address (e-mail).
    2. In case of short SMS-registration, it is obligatory to indicate through an asterisk without spaces:

      • Card number,
      • PIN-code of the card (under the protective layer on the card),
      • Member's name,
      • Member's date of birth,
      • Participant's gender
    3. When specifying a mobile phone in the Questionnaire, the Participant receives an activation code, which must be entered on the Internet on the website www.site to confirm the registration of the Program Participant Card.

      With a short SMS registration, in response to a message sent by the Participant to the short number 9009, he receives an SMS with his login and password, which the Participant must use to enter his personal account - on the site.

      By transferring your data to the Program Operator during registration by filling out the Questionnaire in one of the ways specified in clause 1.2. of these Rules and having received the Membership Card, the Member confirms that he is familiar with these Rules, expresses his unconditional consent to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

      Only one Membership Card can be issued per individual. When issuing several Member Cards for the same person (except for replacing the Member Card in case of loss or theft), such duplicate Member Cards are blocked and Bonuses are not accrued on them.

      The Participant is obliged to immediately notify the Operator of a change in the address or other data specified by him during registration in the Program by contacting the Service Center of the store.

      Responsibility for the safety of the Card, restriction of the Member's Card from unauthorized access by unauthorized persons lies with the Member. The Operator is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Membership Card.

      The Operator has the right to terminate participation in the Program of any Participant without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, if the Participant:

      1. Does not comply with these Rules;
      2. Abuses any Privileges granted to the Participant under the Program;
      3. Provides misleading or incorrect information to the Operator;
      4. Does not carry out transactions using the Card within 18 months.
    4. The Participant has the right to terminate his participation in the Program at any time by sending a written notice of termination of participation to the Operator from the Service Center counter.

      Member Cards are not credit or payment cards.

      The Participant undertakes to independently monitor the information on the check, in the personal account, in the Mobile Application, containing information on the accumulated Bonuses and other information of the Program. If the Participant notices a discrepancy between the information and the actual data - personal data are incorrectly indicated, errors in the accrual / write-off of Bonuses, etc., the Participant must report this to the hotline Programs for blocking a card until the reasons are clarified.       In cases of termination of participation in the Program at the initiative of the Operator (clause 1.11 of these Rules) or the Participant (clause 1.12 of these Rules), the Operator marks the Participant’s contact details in the database as closed after 12 (twelve months) from the date of termination of the use of the Card for accrual of bonuses The Participant's bonuses are canceled, and after 18 (eighteen) months for the Malachite card level from the moment of termination of the use of the Participant's Card for accrual of bonuses, the Participant's contact details are deleted from information system Programs.

      By agreeing to the Rules, the Participant agrees to receive from the Operator the Notifications provided for by these Rules, but reserves the right to refuse advertising notifications in one of the following ways:

    1. Basic rule: for any purchases in the Operator's network, the Program Member is credited with the basic amount of Bonuses from 1% to 6% of the purchase price, depending on the status of the card.

      Double bonuses are accrued in the next month if the conditions for the amount of purchases in the current month are met. For example, if a Member has a Malachite status card and made purchases in April for the amount of 20,000 rubles, then in May, when making purchases from the operator, the Member will receive double bonuses, that is, 2% instead of the base accrual of 1%. If in May the Participant also makes purchases in the amount of at least 20,000 rubles, then in June he will retain a double accrual of 2% bonuses. If in June the amount of the Participant's purchases is less than 20,000 rubles, then in July the basic rule for accruing bonuses of 1% will work for purchases, and double accrual will not work.

      Additional rules: determined by the Operator and posted on the Program website for the purpose of informing the Participants.

      From 08/03/2017 to 04/16/2018, welcome Bonuses in the amount of 500 bonuses with a validity period of 28 days are credited to the Member's Card only after full registration in the Program by filling out the registration form in your personal account on the website www.site, in the Mobile application or with a short SMS – registration. If within 28 days the welcome bonuses are not claimed by the Participant, they expire. From 09/13/2017, welcome bonuses are not accrued when registering a virtual card without indicating the number of the existing plastic card. All welcome bonuses accrued for registering a virtual card without specifying a plastic card number before 09/13/2017 are subject to depletion.

      Bonuses for purchases in the online store are credited within 21 business days after the payment for the order, provided that the participant's email address matches the email address specified when registering the bonus card. If the Participant has a birthday during the specified period, he must inform the Operator about this when placing an order. Otherwise, birthday bonuses are not accrued and complaints about not accruing bonuses are not accepted. The amount of the purchase made in the online store is not taken into account by the system for revising the level of the loyalty card towards its increase. For purchases in the online store, only bonuses are awarded without increasing the level of the card.

      Bonuses are not credited to the Member's card when purchasing alcoholic products, tobacco and tobacco products, as well as when purchasing Tvoy Dom gift cards and for the check amount paid by bonuses.

      Registration by the Participant of several cards to one mobile phone number or to one email address is prohibited.

      If the Participant participates in special offers and promotions of the Program in order to receive additional Bonuses, bonuses are credited to the Participant on the card according to the principle: “What is more” from several existing offers. For example, if the Participant has a birthday and he made a purchase from the Operator within 7 days before or 7 days after the birthday, then 10% bonuses will be credited to him for this purchase, according to the terms of the program, and the basic rule or doubling the bonuses will not work., because base % / doubling can have a smaller % to accrue.

  3. Status (level) of the Member's card

    1. The Program provides for four statuses of the Member's Club Card, depending on which the conditions for granting the Privileges are determined. The status of the Member's Card is determined by the amount of purchases with the Card made for cash and/or non-cash payments (excluding payment by bonuses) for a period of no more than 12 months and is assigned regardless of the design of the Card. Every 1st day of the month, a check is made in the accounting bonus system for the total balance of the Card in order to change the status of the card. If in reporting period not exceeding 12 months, the amount of purchases on the Card exceeded the required threshold for moving to the next level in accordance with clauses 4.1.1., 4.1.2, 4.1.3 and 4.1.4, then the status of the Member's card is automatically upgraded to the next level, The participant receives a notification on the phone and / or email, in which it is proposed to replace the Card with a Card of an increased level. If there is no replacement, then the accruals on the Card are valid under the conditions of the increased level, however, the receipt of privileges requiring the presentation of the Card of the increased level is not made and claims from the Participant are not accepted.

      1. The Malachite Card status is assigned to the Card upon the first purchase with the Card in the amount of at least 2,000 rubles in one check and with the amount of purchases up to 100,000 rubles inclusive, made over a period of 12 months. In case of no purchases for 18 months from the date of the last purchase, the level card Malachite goes into the status of an obsolete card and is blocked from accruing and writing off bonuses. In doing so, the removal personal account cards with full burning of bonuses and accrued amount.
      2. The Sapphire status is assigned to the Card for a one-time purchase of more than 100,000 rubles up to 500,000 rubles or for purchases from 100,001 to 500,000 rubles for a period of not more than 12 months. The status is assigned from the 1st day of the month following the month in which the threshold required for the transition to an increased status was reached. Upon reaching this threshold, the Participant has the right to exchange the Malachite Status Card at the Service Center for a Sapphire Status Card of the corresponding design, while maintaining the bonus balance. The Sapphire level card has no expiration period and is perpetual within the scope of this loyalty program.
      3. The Ruby status is assigned to the Card with a one-time purchase of more than 500,000 rubles up to 1,000,000 rubles or with an amount of purchases from 500,001 to 1,000,000 rubles for a period of not more than 12 months. The status is assigned from the 1st day of the month following the month in which the threshold required for the transition to an increased status was reached. Upon reaching this threshold, the Participant has the right to exchange the Sapphire Status Card at the Service Center for a Ruby Status Card of the corresponding design, while maintaining the bonus balance. The Ruby level card has no expiration period and is perpetual within the scope of this loyalty program.
      4. The Diamond status is assigned to the Card for a one-time purchase of more than 1,000,000 rubles or for purchases of more than 1,000,001 rubles for a period of not more than 12 months. The status is assigned from the 1st day of the month following the month in which the threshold required for the transition to an increased status was reached. Upon reaching this threshold, the Participant has the right to exchange at the Service Center a Ruby Status Card for a Diamond Status Card of the corresponding design, while maintaining the bonus balance. The Diamond level card has no expiration period and is perpetual within the scope of this loyalty program.
      5. Cards participating in the Program before August 1, 2017 are equated to the status that corresponds to the amount of purchases made with the Card for a period of not more than 12 months from the date of the first purchase to July 02, 2017. The system checks the amount of purchases every month for compliance with the status. For example, the Participant made the first purchase in January 2016 and in December 2016 the amount of his purchases amounted to 99 thousand rubles. As of December 2016, the status of his card is Malachite. In a month, the system will again check the amount of the Participant's purchases, taking the next period of time for verification - from February 2016 to January 2017. If during this period the amount of purchases was at least 100,001 rubles, then the Member will be assigned the Sapphire status. The status of the card, once assigned to the Participant, cannot be lowered.
    2. The higher the amount of the Participant's purchases, the higher the status of his Card, and the more privileges The participant receives in the Club. The list of Privileges for each status of the Card is presented in the table below.

      Depending on the status of the card, the Member is provided with additional Privileges in the form of free services.

      1. Information service bonus balance, a warning about the burning of bonuses, etc. is provided to owners of all card levels free of charge, provided that the Participant has correctly registered the card in one of the three ways described in clause 1.2. of these Rules
      2. The "Personal Manager" service is provided free of charge for Members with the status of Ruby and Diamond cards. The service includes the provision of a personal trading consultant and a "dedicated" service on the "hot line". If a Member with Ruby or Diamond status wishes to use the service of a trading consultant, he/she must inform the Service Center about his/her desire. A sales consultant will help you quickly find the right products, advise on the advantages of a particular brand and help arrange delivery (if necessary).

        When contacting the Call Center by phone registered in the system, the call of a subscriber with the status of Ruby and Diamond is transferred to an operator of a higher category, who is authorized to assist in resolving his issues

      3. The "Free Delivery" service is provided to registered Participants with Ruby status - up to 1 (one) time per month and with Diamond status - up to 2 (two) times per month.

        Registration of a free service takes place at the Service Center upon presentation of a card of the appropriate level and a document proving the identity of its owner. The card must be registered to its bearer.

        The service includes delivery at the appointed time with an error (+/- 1 hour) within Moscow and the Moscow region of goods purchased in hypermarkets in Moscow and the Moscow region, and within the city of Voronezh for purchases purchased on the territory of the Voronezh hypermarket.

        The service does not include unloading goods from the car, raising to the floor and other work. If these works are necessary, they are reported when placing an order and payment for them is made at the appropriate rates.

        For demurrage of a car with a load, when unloading cannot be carried out due to the fault of the Participant, the Participant shall pay at the appropriate rates for each hour of demurrage.

        The service does not apply to purchases made through the online store.

      4. The Free Dry Cleaning service is provided to registered Participants with Rubin card status - up to 1,000 (one thousand) rubles and with Diamond status - up to 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) rubles. The service includes free dry cleaning of one item of clothing, within the established amount, no more than 1 time per month. Garments do not include bags, hats and accessories. Prior to receiving this service, the cardholder needs to determine the location of the nearest Dry Cleaner (not available in all Tvoi Dom hypermarkets) and familiarize himself with the list of services provided on the website in the "More bonuses" section and / or in the mobile application in the "Bonuses" section . To receive this service, you must present to the Dry Cleaning operator a card of the appropriate level, registered to its bearer, and an identity card of the bearer before placing an order.
      5. The “Free Shoe Repair” service is provided at the Byta House to registered Participants with Diamond card status and applies to the repair of no more than 1 pair of shoes no more than once a month. Prior to receiving this service, the Participant needs to locate the nearest Public Service Center (not available in all hypermarkets) and familiarize himself with the list of services provided on the website in the "More bonuses" section or in the mobile application in the "Bonuses" section. To receive this service, you must present a card of the appropriate level, registered to its bearer, and an identity card of the bearer before placing an order.
      6. The service "Free departure of the measurer" is provided to Participants with the status of the Ruby and Diamond card when ordering at the Textile Design Studio "DECORA". The service includes the departure of the measurer at the place and time specified by the Participant within Moscow and the Moscow Region (when ordering in the Operator's stores, with the exception of the Voronezh branch), taking measurements of the surfaces involved in the order. Prior to receiving this service, the Participant must locate the nearest DECORA studio (not available in all hypermarkets) on the website in the "More bonuses" section or in the mobile application in the "Bonuses" section. To receive the service, you must present a card of the appropriate level before placing an order.
      7. The service "Free departure of the designer" is provided to the Participants with the status of the Diamond card when ordering at the Textile Design Studio "DECORA". The service includes the departure of the designer at the place and time specified by the Participant within Moscow and the Moscow Region (when ordering in the Operator’s stores, with the exception of the Voronezh branch), examination of the surfaces involved in the order, selection of textiles by color and composition, development of an order sketch and its approval with the customer. Prior to receiving this service, the Participant must locate the nearest DECORA studio (not available in all hypermarkets) on the website in the "More bonuses" section or in the mobile application in the "Bonuses" section. To receive the service, you must present a card of the appropriate level, registered to its bearer, and the bearer's identity card before placing an order.
      8. The Operator reserves the right to provide, at its own discretion, other Privileges to Members with a certain card status that do not contradict the Operator's internal marketing policy.

      The Operator reserves the right to expand the list of Participant statuses. If the Operator expands the list of Participant statuses, the Operator shall post the relevant information on the website.

      The Operator reserves the right to replace the Card, including in the event of a change in the Member's status. If the Operator intends to replace the Card for the Participant, the Card is replaced in the following order:

      1. The Operator sends a Notification of the need to replace the Card to the e-mail address or informs the Participant's contact phone number specified in the Application for participation.
      2. The Participant comes to the Service Center at a convenient time for him and announces his intention to replace the card, presents an identity document, the details of which match the data specified in the Questionnaire during registration.
      3. The Service Center operator makes a replacement, guided by the Instructions for replacing the card.
      4. Upon receipt by the Participant of a new Card, the old Card is returned to the Operator and cannot be used by the Participant within the Program.
    4. The procedure for writing off Bonuses

      1. The Participant who has accumulated Bonuses on his Account is entitled to receive the Privilege with the simultaneous withdrawal of Bonuses from the Participant's Account in accordance with these Rules.

        Receipt of Privileges with simultaneous debiting of Bonuses from the Participant's Account becomes available after entering the personal data of the Program Participant into the Operator's electronic database and subsequent confirmation of personal data at any Tvoy Dom Service Center by presenting an identity document of the bearer.

        In the event that the Participant did not fill out the Questionnaire, or filled it out incorrectly and did not confirm the personal data at the Service Center, receiving the Privileges with the simultaneous debiting of Bonuses from the Participant's Account will not be available.

        To write off the Bonuses, the Participant must notify the Partner and/or the Operator, when the Operator and/or the Partner sells goods and/or services in respect of which the Bonuses are written off under the Program, immediately before making a purchase or receiving a service, that the purchase of a product or purchase of a service are also accompanied by a transaction within the framework of the Program by presenting a plastic Membership Card at the cash terminal and informing the cashier about their desire to pay with Bonuses. Pay for purchases with bonuses using a virtual card through mobile app unavailable from 12/29/2017 to 05/03/2018 at all checkouts of the Tvoi Dom hypermarket chain. Starting from 02/19/2018, payment for purchases with bonuses at the box office of Box City Crocus City, Your House Express Crocus City, Cafe Your House Mytishchi and Tobacco Kiosk Your House Mytishchi using plastic cards Your House - Jewels and virtual cards is not available . Only bonuses are accrued at these cash desks.

        The number of Bonuses for the Privilege requested by the Member will be debited from the Member's Account before the Privilege is received, with Bonuses accrued earlier being debited first.

        When returning a product, the Bonuses accrued upon its purchase are deducted from the Participant's Account.
