In general, the bank's services for corporate clients include overdraft loans, loans against collectible proceeds, financing of foreign trade transactions, factoring services, acquiring, cash settlement and collection. Private individuals have access to general purpose loans, mortgages, car loans, credit cards, deposits, cash settlement services, individual service programs, etc.

In January - August 2018, the volume of the bank's net assets showed an increase of 6.7% - up to 2.04 trillion rubles as of September 1, 2018. The growth of assets in the passive part was mainly funded by deposits of individuals, balances on interbank loro and own capital. The increase in these sources of liabilities at the same time allowed the bank to repay part of the debt on interbank loans (about 8%). In assets, liquidity was directed mainly to lending to corporate clients and investing in bonds. The bank also received part of the funds by repaying the portfolio of issued interbank loans (-81.2%) and reducing the volume of highly liquid balances (-20.1%).

The largest source of funding for the active operations of the bank is the funds of enterprises and organizations, which form 35.0% of liabilities as of the reporting date. About 73% of corporate clients' funds are represented by medium- and long-term deposits, another 14% are deposits with maturity up to 90 days. The borrowed interbank loans account for 27.8% of liabilities. A significant part of these funds was attracted for short periods from Russian banks, about 11% was attracted from foreign banks, including in the form of syndicated loans. Individuals' deposits account for 16.9% and are largely attracted for periods ranging from one to three years. The share of balances on loro accounts in liabilities is 1.6%, own debt obligations (mainly bonds) occupy another 1.4%. The rest of liabilities is formed by own capital. The bank's client base is large and active; turnovers on client accounts in 2018 averaged 2.0-2.5 trillion rubles monthly.

The bank's capital adequacy margin has been maintained at an excessive level in recent years and as of the reporting date exceeds 20% under the H1.0 standard (with a regulatory minimum of 8%). However, core capital adequacy (N1.2), which does not include subordinated loans, is noticeably lower and amounts to 12.4% (with a minimum of 6%), while core capital adequacy (N1.1) is at all the mark of 8.4% (with a minimum of 4.5%). The adequacy of the core capital as of the reporting date is inferior to the adequacy of the core capital due to the inclusion in the composition of the last perpetual subordinated loan in the form of an issue of Eurobonds at a residual value of 49.5 billion rubles. As of the reporting date, the bank's total capital included five more classical subordinated loans in the form of Eurobond issues with a total residual value of RUB 107.0 billion. For one of the issues (for USD 500 million), the bank had a maturity in November 2018, for the rest of the issues, the maturity dates were in 2021-2027.

Assets are dominated by the loan portfolio, which accounts for 83.3% of net assets, or 1.7 trillion rubles. During the period under review, the portfolio increased by 7.4%. In its composition, about 95% form loans to corporative clients. The level of arrears has hardly changed since the beginning of 2018 and remains quite low at 1.6%. The provisioning level is several times higher than the overdue amount and at the reporting date is 6.3% (slightly more than 6% at the beginning of 2018). Slightly more than 15% of the portfolio is secured by the pledge of property, which is an insufficient indicator of security.

One can note a good diversification of the portfolio by industry with a concentration on strong borrowers representing the oil and gas sector. Thus, according to IFRS reporting, at the end of the first half of 2018, the share of the largest segment in the form of oil refining / production and trade barely exceeded 20% of the total loan portfolio before provisions. Another 14% accounted for the production and trading of crude oil. Slightly smaller shares were occupied by such industries as construction and development, auto-, motorcycle equipment and spare parts, rental of real estate, medicines and medical goods, services, etc.

The securities portfolio formed 11% of the net assets (221.1 billion rubles), almost doubled over the analyzed period. Almost the entire portfolio is represented by bonds, of which about half were pledged under REPO transactions as of the reporting date. The remaining "free" part of the securities was mainly formed by bonds Russian companies, domestic government securities and Eurobonds. Turnovers on REPO transactions in recent months have been maintained at a high level and amounted to about 200-500 billion rubles.

Nevertheless, intra-monthly volumes of interbank funds attracted to domestic market significantly exceed the turnover on REPO transactions, which indicates the unsecured nature of funds raised by the bank in the interbank market. In particular, over the past few months, the turnover on attracting liquidity in the domestic interbank market reached the level of 2.8-4.9 trillion rubles. The Bank is an active net borrower, and the portfolio of issued interbank loans did not exceed 1% of assets as of the reporting date. The bank is also active in currency transactions and is one of the market makers of the market.

Highly liquid assets (mainly cash on hand and correspondent accounts with the Central Bank) account for 3.6% of net assets, fixed assets - 0.4%, investments in the capital of other organizations - 0.2%, other assets - 1.5%.

In January-August 2018, MKB earned 912.5 million rubles of profit under RAS (for the same period in 2017, profit amounted to 4.9 billion rubles). For the whole of 2017, net profit amounted to 13.9 billion rubles. The decrease in net profit in 2018 was largely due to losses from foreign exchange and securities, reservation costs and items of other expenses.

I didn’t even imagine that such banks exist: waiting for payment on a receipt for about an hour, even managers are poorly versed in programs. Horror.

unsatisfactory! Especially dialing is nightmarish music and waiting for 10 minutes. Think what you are doing. Your share of information?

07.02.2019 16:28 Valentine

I'm not satisfied. It's easier to call the president's office. So much unnecessary information is thrown into 10 minutes. Horror! Treat your contributors with respect. And take that fucking music off.

Working as an employee of a branch of a Moscow bank on Voykovskaya requires control by the head office, I was approved for a loan of 150,000 on a credit card. Since July 11, I have not been able to get a credit card. Bank employees use the money. I will have to go to court with a claim for abuse and misappropriation of other people's finances. I ask you to sort out the conflict without bringing it to court
