Rules of SK MEGASPORT

The main goal of the Rules is to create the most comfortable and optimally safe conditions for playing sports.
A material violation of these Rules may be grounds for termination of Membership without refund of payment for unused time.

Membership is a personal right to use the services provided by the SOC in accordance with the type of subscription, as well as the right to participate in Club events organized for clients. JUICE MEGASPORT services:

The cost of services is indicated in the price list of the Megasport sports complex.

If necessary, the Client has the right to suspend (freeze) the validity of the subscription, if such a possibility is provided for by the type of subscription, adults from 14 days, children from 30 days, notifying the administration no later than one day in writing. The “freezing” period declared by the Club Member should not exceed the remaining period until the expiration of the subscription. Additional freezing is provided only in case of pregnancy / confirmed by a certificate from antenatal clinic/, operations, fractures.
The client has the right, if such an opportunity is provided for by the type of subscription, to bring guests with him.
Payment for guest visits is debited from the club member's card. The Client is jointly and severally liable for compliance by the persons invited by him with these Rules, as well as for damage caused to the Club’s property. If the guest is unable to fulfill his part of the obligation to compensate for damage caused to the Club’s property, the Club Member bears full responsibility for the damage caused.
A Club Member has the right to re-register his Membership to another person.

Your Membership Card

The JOK MEGASPORT card is a confirmation of your Membership in the JOK MEGASPORT and is personal (nominal).
For your first visit, you must present an identification document (passport, driver's license). The administrator will take a photo of you to control your visit to the fitness club. The document is also required to confirm the discount / family card, children's subscription/
Your Card is a pass to the Sports Complex.

Your stay at the complex

Dear Members of SOK MEGASPORT, be polite and friendly. Maintain cleanliness and order both on the territory of the Club and on
surrounding areas. When entering the Club, you must change your street shoes.

On the territory of SOK MEGASPORT it is prohibited:
1. Bring firearms, flammable, toxic substances, prohibited drugs into the territory of JUICE MEGASPORT.
2. Drink alcohol, take drugs, smoke, and is intoxicated.
3. Enter the territory intended only for personnel without a special invitation.
4. Independently use the Club’s musical and other equipment.
5. Bring food to the training area.
6. Open windows in training areas.
7. Conduct photo and video filming without prior approval from the Club Administration.
8. Conduct advertising campaigns, campaigns, sales without approval from the administration

After registering the Card at the reception desk, the Administrator gives the Client an individual key to the locker for storing a change of clothes and a towel.

For your safety and to ensure maximum comfort, entry to the training area is allowed only in a change of sports clothes and shoes. The upper body must be covered.
It is prohibited to train barefoot, in socks, in beach or house slippers, sandals, etc., with the exception of special classes (yoga, Pilates, flex, etc.). Clothes must be clean and tidy. Before starting classes, it is not recommended to use perfumes and ointments with strong odors.
Changing rooms, showers, saunas
Entrance to the locker rooms is permitted only with a change of shoes. It is prohibited to enter the locker rooms wearing outerwear. After the end of classes, the individual locker is emptied. The key is handed over to the Administrator at the reception desk.
All lockers in the locker rooms must be emptied before the Club closes.
Take a shower before visiting the sauna.
Children are not allowed to use the sauna in the locker rooms.
It is forbidden to turn the sauna on and off yourself, as well as adjust the temperature on the control panel, as this will lead to damage to the sauna and introduce restrictions on its use.
In rooms of all types of saunas, it is prohibited to use any body products (creams, oils, ointments, food products) that could stain the walls and benches.
It is not permitted to use water containers made of plastic in all types of sauna rooms. In all types of saunas, it is prohibited to pour fat-containing odorous additives onto the stones.
Towels are provided at the reception desk in accordance with the established procedure.
For loss/damage to a towel, a fine will be charged in accordance with the established tariffs.

Gym

VISITING THE GYM IS ALLOWED ONLY IN SPORTS CLOTHING. It is prohibited to visit the hall barefoot.
To avoid injuries and to determine your level of preparedness, the Club strongly recommends that you undergo initial instruction at the agreed time from the Gym Trainer to familiarize yourself with the equipment and the rules for their use.

If you have any difficulties, contact the gym trainer on duty.
After finishing your workout, please put away the equipment you use in the designated areas.

When exercising on the simulator, you must lay an individual towel on it.
Children under 10 years old are prohibited from entering the gym.
Children over 11 years of age are allowed to visit the gym only under the guidance of an instructor or as part of a section. Independently from the age of 14.
Besides general programs Personal training is available in the gym.
Registration for personal lessons is carried out at the reception. Club Members do not have the right to conduct personal training for other Club Members.
Any of the simulators can be limited for use at any time (repair, maintenance).

Group classes
Group classes are held as scheduled. The Club administration reserves the right to change the schedule of group classes and replace the Instructor of group programs stated in the schedule. Follow the information board for information. Persons wearing a change of sports clothes and shoes are allowed to participate in classes.
We ask you to maintain personal hygiene, use a towel, remove long hair, and do not use “strong” perfumes, warming ointments, or chewing gum.
You must arrive to group classes on time. The instructor has the right not to allow a Club Member to attend training if he is late by more than 10 minutes or if there are no empty seats in the hall.
SOC Megasport strongly recommends attending classes that suit your level of preparedness. Descriptions of classes can be obtained at the reception desk.
During the lesson, it is prohibited to use your own choreography and free weights without the appropriate command of the Group Program Instructor, as well as set your own music.
Prohibited use mobile phones and conducting active negotiations.
After the end of classes, the equipment used must be put away in specially designated areas.
It is prohibited to reserve seats in the hall before the start of the class.
It is prohibited to enter the group program hall with a sports bag.

Game room

Visiting the gaming room is permitted only if you have sportswear and shoes that do not damage the floor covering.
It is not allowed to be in the gaming room wearing outerwear, street shoes or heels.
It is prohibited to bring glass bottles into the hall or drink alcoholic beverages.
It is prohibited to enter the gym during personal training.
The client undertakes to treat the gaming room equipment with care; in the event of intentional damage to the equipment, the client is obliged to reimburse the club for its cost.
Children under 14 years of age are NOT allowed in the Game Hall without the supervision of a parent/or accompanying person/or instructor.
Classes in the hall are held with advance payment. If the hall reservation is canceled less than 6 hours in advance, the lesson is considered provided

Children's visits

Fitness, tennis, swimming, and rhythmic gymnastics classes for children are held in a group or individually.
Children aged 3 to 14 - 17 years old attend classes according to the schedule of their age group. With a children's subscription, visits are only possible until 17.00. in evening time. If a client over 14 years of age wishes to visit the club in the evening, it is necessary to purchase a club card allowing access to the complex in the evening.
Children from 10 to 14 years old can attend classes (gym, group programs, swimming pool, games room) only if accompanied by parents or trusted family members who are at least 18 years old.
The name and surname of the family trustee must be indicated when registering for the Club Card. Children can only use the gym under the guidance of a personal trainer. Children under 10 years old are prohibited from entering the gym
Club members aged 14 and over can attend any group classes or work out independently in the gym.
Visiting the pool is possible only after providing a certificate from a therapist. It is prohibited for children to visit the sauna in the locker rooms! This is dangerous for children's health.
Children aged 5 years and older undress according to the child's gender in the men's and women's locker rooms, respectively. Outerwear - jackets and shoes - are handed over to the cloakroom. Children take their personal belongings with them to the gym where the training takes place.

Accompanying persons await children in the hall (only until 16.00). It is prohibited to wait for children in sauna areas, showers, and locker rooms.
After 16.00, the waiting and accompanying persons hand over the children to the coach and return to the complex only at the time indicated by the coach (due to the heavy congestion of the hall and the need to carry out sanitary cleaning, we ask all waiting persons to carry out their free time outside the sports facility. The hall and the equipment in it - benches, hangers, are intended for visitors to the complex, for their comfortable changing of clothes, not for relaxation)
Children under 14 years of age are prohibited from being in the pool without a parent or coach.
Parents are responsible for the damage caused by the child in full.
Children in the children's room - from 2 years old. It is not recommended to bring children with signs of illness to classes or to the children's room.
The children's room teachers will familiarize you with the rules for visiting the children's room.

Personal training

Any Client and guest of Megasport can use the personal training service. Personal training is provided by qualified Gym Trainers and group program instructors. The service is provided upon advance payment.
Before starting personal training, the Club Member must agree on a time in advance and make an appointment with a personal Trainer at the reception desk.
The duration of personal training is from 45 to 60 minutes.
If you are late for a personal training session, the personal training time will be reduced.
Cancellation and rescheduling of personal training (with payment retained) can be made no less than 6 hours before its start.
In the event of untimely cancellation or rescheduling, the unused personal training session will be deemed granted. Personal training is carried out only after full payment.

Solarium

SK MEGASPORT is equipped with a vertical solarium from SOLANA V Compact XL
Payment for the solarium is made at the reception desk.
The maximum recommended time per session is 10 minutes.
If you stay in the solarium for more than 10 minutes, you must provide a receipt about the consequences of exposure to the solarium to the Club Administrator at the reception desk. If you stay in the solarium for more than 10 minutes, the Club is not responsible for the deterioration of your health.
Tanning products can be purchased at the reception desk. The solarium is turned on by the START BUTTON inside the cabin.
The STOP button in the cab does NOT work.
After pressing the START button, stopping the time is NOT possible. The service is considered provided.

Massage, cosmetologist

All services are provided at an agreed time by prior appointment with the Club Administrator at the reception desk.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session or procedure to change and prepare.
If you are late for a session or procedure, the time of the session and procedure is reduced by the time of the delay.
In case of cancellation of a booked session or booked procedure, it is necessary to inform about this at least 3 hours in advance.
All sessions and procedures are carried out only after full payment.
You must notify us of any serious medical problem you have. Some procedures are not recommended in this case.

AQUA AEROBICS

Group water aerobics classes are held according to the schedule by appointment.

After finishing training, you must return sports equipment to specially designated areas.
Club members are financially responsible for loss or damage to used equipment and inventory
Before visiting the pool, as well as after visiting baths and saunas in mandatory need to take a shower.

SWIMMING

Procedure for purchasing services provided by SOK MEGASPORT

Guarantees and liability
Guarantees for the normal functioning of the equipment necessary for the provision of services, as well as the proper operation of the Club’s divisions that directly provide services to the Club Member are provided directly by the Club. Guarantees do not apply in the event of force majeure. All controversial issues between the Club and the Club Member are resolved in accordance with the Club Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
In order to ensure the safety of clients and the safety of property, the club has video surveillance.
The Club is not responsible for the loss of personal items left unattended on the Club premises, including the cloakroom, locker rooms, training areas, bar and reception, with the exception of rented lockers/safes/.

The storage period for forgotten items is 30 days. For questions regarding the safety of belongings, Club Members can contact the Administrator at the reception desk.
In case of loss of the key to the locker, the Club Member is obliged to immediately notify the Club Administration in writing in order to prevent possible abuse by third parties. In the event of such abuse, the Club exempts itself from possible liability.
For the loss of a wardrobe number, locker key or safe key, a fine will be charged in accordance with the established tariffs.
The client is fully responsible for the state of his health.

The Club is not responsible for harm associated with deterioration of health if it is associated with an acute illness, exacerbation of an injury or a chronic disease that the Club Member had before visiting the Club.

The Club is not responsible if harm is caused to a Club Member as a result of illegal actions of third parties. The Club exempts itself from liability if the deterioration in the health of a Club Member occurs due to a gross violation of safety precautions when using exercise equipment and special equipment.
