Peculiarities

The program is designed to automatically block unwanted calls and messages. At the same time, to configure it, the user will have to make minimal effort.

The application has a huge database of numbers (on this moment it has more than 5 thousand telephone numbers) from which debt collectors usually call. It works on the principle of a classic blacklist. At the same time, the database is constantly updated, including by the users themselves who have encountered yet another collection agency.

It is noteworthy that in the future the developers plan to add a forwarding function to the application. If the idea is implemented, then annoying collectors will communicate with their colleagues, since redirection will be carried out to another agency.

The same algorithm applies when installing the program on an iPhone via the AppStore.

  2. When choosing an anticollector, user reviews will help you make the right choice.

AntiCollector is a free Android application that recognizes and blocks calls from collection agencies and private individuals, banks, advertising agencies and other unnecessary contacts and numbers.

Download AntiCollector for Russia or Ukraine on your Android phone - a super-effective, absolutely legal tool from the developer Evgeny Pyatkovsky with a constantly growing database of regulatory authorities, banks and collection agencies, which will block and redirect calls from debt collectors operating in all regions of the country.

According to the developer, the paid version will update (replenish) the number database daily, and new functionality will constantly appear in it. The free version of AntiCollector is updated once a week and all the different “tricks” and “gadgets” will appear there no more than once a month.

In order to restore justice and predetermine the limits of what is permitted, a team of developers from Novosibirsk created a mobile version of special software with the “speaking” name AntiCollector for the countries of Russia and Ukraine.

AntiCollector for Android phone is a highly specialized software that is capable of receiving and recognizing calls from certain creditors (banks, collection firms), and also forwarding these calls to any of the convenient numbers, not excluding incoming ones (let the creditors redirect to themselves).

The development team periodically monitors, detects and updates information about collection numbers, expands their list and improves the functionality of the software tool itself. In addition, the “black list” can be replenished at the initiative of each user, who can supplement the application with the caller’s number and it will be inserted into the current database throughout the country.

The AntiCollector.Russia or AntiCollector.Ukraine applications are also equipped with some useful features, such as “Telephone numbers of regulatory authorities” (i.e. where you can complain about violations of the law) and the legislative framework(about loans, debt obligations, arrears and how to avoid all sorts of problems with creditors), therefore can be used as a knowledge base.

Download AntiCollector.Russia or AntiCollector.Ukraine - the only free, active and constantly supported by the developer mobile app, which will protect you from calls from annoying debt collectors, bank employees and other debt collectors.

Install it on your phone and live in peace, without constant control, intimidation and threats.

AntiCollector Russia - we get rid of annoying calls from debt collectors.

The collector will not pass
There are times when they call you and demand to return money for a loan that you did not even take out. In this case, the collectors cannot explain that the number was indicated by someone on purpose (erroneously) and you are not the person they need. Calls can come in the morning, during the day, and even at night while you are sleeping. You can get rid of annoying calls using the useful Anti-Collector Russia program.

Black and white lists
The blocking process is so simple that even inexperienced users can handle it. Go to the “black list” tab and in the very bottom corner click on the plus sign. Now you just need to select a number from recent incoming calls, your address book, or enter the annoying number yourself. If you wish, you can create so-called white lists and enter numbers there that can call you at any time of the day or night.

Creating schedules
The built-in functions to block everyone will allow you to sleep peacefully and spend time without fear that they may call you from an unknown number and start demanding something. In this case, you can create a schedule that specifies the start and end times when no one will be able to call you at all. In addition to the time, the days of the week can be configured.

Probably every debtor of a microfinance organization or banks has encountered 24-hour calls and SMS messages with threats from collection agencies. And definitely everyone would be glad to get rid of the restless bouncers. And we were given this opportunity. At the end of 2014, a young programmer from Novosibirsk named Evgeny Pyatkovsky presented his Android application on Google Play, which blocks calls and SMS messages from annoying debt collectors. To be honest, I don't really like the app. The main reason is that it needs to be constantly updated, the numbers are hardcoded into the application
It would be better if they were pulled from the Internet from a server.

How it works?

collectors and form an extensive database, which is updated and supplemented daily. The application blocks the ability for collectors (whose numbers are in the database) to call the phones of debtors who have the this program. The blocking also applies to SMS messages from these numbers. In this case, the user can independently set the parameters and turn on/off SMS/call blocking at his own discretion.

According to the developer, the application was originally created for personal use, but soon the programmer put it on the store, making it free.
Although in fact, I don’t think that the android programmer has debts to the bank. The salary of an Android programmer starts from 100 thousand rubles. I don't think debt collectors are calling him for overdue debts.

Just a couple of days later, when 3,000 people had already downloaded the program, the National Association of Professional Collection Agencies (NAPCA) filed a complaint with Google to have the application removed from the store. This became news and ultimately increased sales of the app.

The close attention of collectors to the program, complaints and threats to the direct developer caused the effect of a bomb exploding. Everyone and everyone began to write about the application, talk about it on TV and radio, thereby enlightening more and more people. In just a couple of weeks, the number of people downloading “AntiCollector Russia” exceeded 40,000 people.

However, the story did not end there. Google nevertheless removed the application from the store, citing violations of the corporation's payment policy. The thing is that the Anticollector application was officially free, but the author allowed voluntary contributions from users. As Pyatkovsky reported, Google Play demanded a percentage of the income received from him and therefore removed the program.

Paid and free versions. What are the differences?

After this, the developer released it again in a paid version on January 29, 2015. The cost, you will laugh, is 30 rubles. At the same time, the free version has also been restored. However, they have slight differences:

  • In the paid version, the database with collection agency numbers is updated daily, and in the free version, once every 7 days.
  • New features and gadgets, which the author plans to introduce constantly, will appear in the paid version every day, and in the free version a month later. According to Pyatkovsky, in the next improvements we can expect not blocking of calls and SMS, but their redirection to numbers of other collection agencies. “Let them talk to each other!” - said the developer.
  • Verification of numbers sent from paid application users will be faster.

Here it must be said that the differences are not so significant. After all, for now the application works properly and blocks calls/SMS in both versions.

What does the Anti-Collector consist of?

But now about everything in more detail. After downloading the application and installing it on your smartphone, something like a welcome message appears:

“The program is already working. All collector numbers are included in the application. UPDATE FREQUENTLY! Updates come at least once a day! The blacklist of collectors is changing along with them.”

On home page You can also open the settings field and set the necessary parameters:

  • Blocking calls from collector numbers on/off
  • Blocking SMS from collectors on/off
  • Block calls from international numbers on off
  • Blocking from non-existent numbers on/off. These numbers mean +70000000000, etc.
  • Blocking from unidentified/unknown numbers on/off. These numbers mean calls with a preset caller ID.

There is also a tab on the main page called “Report a Debt Collector.” Here anyone can send the number of the annoying debt collector in real time, if it is not already in the database, and leave a comment. After which the developers will check the number’s involvement with collection agencies and add it to the database.

In the phone itself, in the “calls” tab, all rejected calls are displayed, so testing the functionality of the application is not difficult.

The sensational Anti-Collector Russia application, which “rose from the fire” like a Phoenix, has already been downloaded by more than 60,000 people, and this figure is growing every day. Based on ratings from 2,855 people, Anticollector has a rating of 4.9 out of 5. And just the other day the same thing free application released for the residents of Ukraine. More than 1000 people have already downloaded it.

The developer remains silent about the application for other mobile platforms (IOS, Windows Phone), without providing specific data. Although such an application is hardly possible for the iPhone due to the closed nature of the platform. There are no applications in the App Store that block SMS and incoming calls

Finally

In fact, the application does not bring anything new. The interface is quite poor. It could have been done better by making it more understandable user interface, support for updates via server, etc. I think I can do better, but it will take time. So for now you can use this application.
