In construction, the quality of fasteners is no less important than the ones used. Construction Materials. Therefore, Slavdom offers its customers only proven fastening systems. In this section, a wide range of anchors from BEVER stainless steel, basalt plastic (Galen) and fiberglass (Biysk), reinforcement for brickwork.
Among these products, there are flexible connections for brickwork, concrete. Also in the company "Slavdom" you can purchase fasteners for solid, porous and wooden base, flexible connections for insulation of monolithic bases, concrete and thermal blocks. Our qualified managers are always ready to suggest products and answer all your questions.
According to European building standards, the use of fasteners has long been no longer an additional accompanying material, but reinforcement of brickwork is the norm. At correct use anchors endow the load-bearing wall with superstrength, providing reinforcement for brick walls.
Unfortunately, more and more often we hear in the news "brickwork collapsed" or part of the wall. Moreover, sometimes we observe such cases with newly built houses. It's all about trying to save money. cash on masonry reinforcement, or with little market awareness of products that help reinforce masonry.
We offer anchors that are used to reinforce basalt-reinforced plastic (so-called basalt-reinforced rebar), fiberglass and stainless steel masonry. It is very important that flexible connections from these materials are used. As an example: as a result of corrosion of ferrous metal, a building partially collapses just a few years after using it as a flexible connection. Since the 60s in the UK, only stainless materials have been used for driving and inserting anchors.
All anchors have been tested in accordance with the requirements of GOST. Anchors allow reinforcing bricks, wood, reinforcing blocks (including reinforcement of aerated concrete and foam concrete).
Ceramic facing brick is one of the most popular facade materials. It is traditionally used to decorate private houses, respectable hotels, prestigious shops and boutiques. Brick attracts the consumer with its excellent aesthetic characteristics and practicality; houses made of this material can stand for centuries. In order for the exterior of the facade to remain the same as immediately after the completion of construction, masonry reinforcement systems are used. They are today an integral part of the technology of ventilated facades, where brick is used as a facing material.
Thanks to the fastening materials industry, reinforcing brickwork today is easy and simple. The main elements of the system are fittings and mounting plates. For reinforcing brickwork, corrugated reinforcing bars made of high-quality galvanized steel with a diameter of 4 mm are used. Mounting plates of an original design provide the simplicity of their installation on the brick surface. Their corners are bent down to ensure a secure fit with the base. On the surface of the plates there are several rows of triangular teeth, between which reinforcement is placed. For reliable fixation, they are staggered and clamp the bar on both sides, preventing it from rolling to the side. The plate is designed for laying two parallel rows of reinforcement, it raises the bars to a certain height, completely immersing them in the solution. Such reinforcement of masonry significantly increases its reliability and durability.
The system of hinged brick facades necessarily includes a layer of heat-insulating material. It is characterized by good vapor permeability, but at the same time it is able to accumulate moisture. This can lead to a loss of performance, so the design provides for a ventilation gap between the thermal insulation and facing brick. The question arises - how will air enter this system? For this, masonry ventilation was developed, which is a narrow box of polymer material inserted into a vertical seam between bricks. On the outside, it has a grate that prevents the penetration of rodents. Ventilation in brickwork is mounted in the lower and upper rows, every 2-3 bricks. This ensures excellent air circulation and high-quality removal of excess moisture.
TechnoNikol welding pins are components for fastening fire-retardant and heat-insulating materials to metal structures of air ducts, made of carbon steel and protected by a resistant copper anti-corrosion coating. Has a tip for contact welding with capacitor welding equipment.
Pressure washer TechnoNikol made of carbon steel with a resistant anti-corrosion coating. It has an elastic cut that securely fixes the washer on the pin. Designed for fastening fire-retardant and heat-insulating materials to metal structures of air ducts using specialized contact-type welding machines.
TechnoNikol fastener components are widely and successfully in demand in modern construction when creating air ducts.
