Now the temporary travel restriction is removed by the bailiff within 24 hours after the information about the payment of the debt is reflected in the State Information System on State and Municipal Payments. To cancel the restriction of the right to leave Russia, the debtor must pay in full the debt for enforcement proceedings and submit to the bailiff on duty a payment document for the repayment of debts.

According to the FSSP, today there are 1.7 million debtors restricted to travel abroad in the country.
